PhD day is dedicated to increase the communication and net-working among all participants on a scientific and an informal level. It is an opportunity for PhD students from all ATB departments to meet and present their research projects in a familiar atmosphere, not only to fellow PhD students but also to interested colleagues and guests.

Doctoral researchers have the opportunity to present their work, report on their findings and put them up for discussion. With the PhD Day ATB is promoting its young reseachers. Eleven doctoral researchers will present their research topics ranging from technologies for precision horticulture and animal husbandry to biogas technologies and fruit storage - from basic research to application. The program will be in English.

Program starts at 9 a.m. and will end at 4 p.m. with an informal get together.
