From May 9th – 10th, 2024 the 15th international Frutic symposium will take place at the MACFRUT fair in Rimini (Italy) Expo Centre. The symposium will pose as an exceptional platform for a research network on emerging technologies and sustainable practices in the fresh produce industry.
The Frutic symposium will comprise a big array of topics, with the focus set on technological advancements in production, harvest, postharvest, distribution, and quality control of fruit, nuts, and vegetables.
Frutic2024 aims to foster collaboration, pass on knowledge, share practical experiences, and to develop strategies to achieve common goals. Furthermore, another goal is to explore the latest technological developments in cultivation and postharvest processes.
