Workshop "Recent Advances on Postharvest Technology of Horticultural Crops" 

Scientists from ATB and the Danish Aarhus University will meet in Potsdam to exchange knowledge on post harvest technologies for fruit and vegetables and to discuss future collaboration. Topics of the workshop are a.o. the use of optical methods for determining quality in horticultural products, biochemical markers for quality changes, new approaches for optimizing packaging of fresh fruits.
