June 28, 2016: Young ATB scientist awarded with CIGR Armand Blanc Prize for her presentation on "Particle moisture distribution during drying and storage of grain analyzed by TD-NMR spectroscopy".
For her presentation on "Particle moisture distribution during drying and storage of grain analyzed by TD-NMR spectroscopy" ATB scientist Teresa-Maria Schinabeck was awarded with the CIGR Armand Blanc Prize. The young scientist received the prize from at the CIGR-AgEng International Conference on "Automation, Environment and Food Safety" held in Aarhus, Denmark, 26-29 June 2016.
The CIGR Armand Blanc Prize is granted to authors under 30 years for the presentation of outstanding papers. The candidates are selected by the conference organizing committee in consultation with the CIGR Award and Prize Committee or its Chairperson.
Teresa-Maria Schinabeck is working in ATB's drying group in the context of the ATB research program "Quality and safety of food and feed".
