The aim of the workshop series is the exchange of experience between the research groups in the application of imaging and spectroscopic methods in agriculture. These rapidly evolving technologies are increasingly being used to monitor pre-harvest and post-harvest processes.
For agricultural applications, however, suitable solutions are not available so that specific solutions need to be jointly developed by basic research and business. Lectures, posters and novel technical developments will be presented and discussed during the annual workshop.
Topics 2017:
- Optical sensor technologies in agricultural application
- Prozessing and merging of sensor data („Big Data“)
- Automatic image analysis and object identification
- Machine learning for pattern recognition
- Unmanned flying robots and autonomous systems
- Product presentations
