Summary
In order to establish bioeconomy permanently as an economic form, not only technological innovations have to be developed, but also suitable prerequisites have to be created at the political, economic and social level. This is where the bioeconomic discourse, which is interdisciplinary, intersectoral and interdependent, begins. The study area for the present project is the state of Brandenburg with model communities still to be defined. The contribution of the ATB is located in the technology and knowledge transfer sector. The target group is primarily farmers and horticulturists, as well as other social groups. On the basis of the results of the project, work could be carried out on indicators for the implementation of the bioeconomy in society put on.
