The ATB is one of the major agricultural engineering research institutes in Europe. International teams of scientists from a wide range of disciplines work together on socially relevant topics - from the basics to application.
Our research work is organised within five program areas. Across departmental boundaries, scientists can make use of the infrastructure and methodological knowledge from our areas of competence for their research activities in the programs.
The following provides an overview of our activities in the program areas, outlines the essential principles for our management of research data and informs you about current and recently terminated projects.
