September 7-8, 2017: INSECTA® 2017

INSECTA® 2017 - the international conference on insects as feed, food and non-food - is for the first time held in Berlin. The conference is organized by Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy (ATB) in cooperation with Pilot Pflanzenöltechnologie Magdeburg e.V. (PPM).  

The aim of the conference is to exchange knowledge and experiences between all scientific, economic and political stakeholders in terms of technical, economic, ecological, political, legal and ethical questions. Which are the potentials and challenges for the use of insects as feed, food and non-food? 

Oral presentations and posters will provide the basis for fruitful discussion.
Abstracts can be submitted until May 31, 2017.
