December 06, 2022: PhD-Day at ATB - For exchange and career

ATB is hosting the PhD-Day once more on December 6, 2022, which is a great chance for PhD-Students to converse with others regarding their thesis and obtain valuable ideas for their own. The PhD-Day will start at 9 a.m. and will approximately end at 7 p.m.

PhD-Students from different research areas will present their current status of their work on this day.

Additionally, Ms. Isabel Schröder from the Potsdam Graduate School will supply information on qualification opportunities at PoGS.

After all PhD-Students have presented their work, former PhD-Students are going to report on their career paths after their doctorate. Moreover, Dr Martin Penzel, Dr. Simone Kraatz and Dr. Shikka Ojha form ATB will give a presentation on their experience with the Marie Sklodowska-Curie postdoctoral fellowship of the EU.

After the lectures, PhD-Students will get the chance to exchange their ideas in a social get–together.

The PhD-Days take place regularly as they are meant to support the PhD-Students in their career in the world of science and economy and of course give them a chance to chat with their peers.
