One Health combines the well-being of humans, animals and the environment. Under this guiding principle, we are researching individualised livestock production systems. At this year's 'EuroTier' trade fair for animal husbandry and livestock management in Hannover, we once again seized the opportunity to present our approaches and technologies to the professional public and to enter into intensive dialogue with practitioners, industry and politics.
From 15-18 Nov. 2022, our model cow Rosa attracted numerous visitors to our stand at the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL). The ATB researchers informed interested parties about their new approaches to measuring animal welfare, emissions from animal husbandry systems such as naturally ventilated dairy barns or novel animal welfare barns in pig farming. The reduction of emissions is of enormous importance for environmental and climate protection as well as for animal welfare.

We demonstrated innovative measures for the practical farm and explained their effectiveness in reducing emissions. Curiosity seekers were able to experience the emission events in the barn with VR goggles. The direct exchange with practitioners and politicians provided our researchers with important impulses and valuable contacts.
