The science magazine “Tomorrow Today” of the tv channel Deutsche Welle TV invited the Leibniz Research Alliance “Sustainable Food Production and Healthy Nutrition” to talk about the future of agricultural production and human nutrition. Manja Reuter, coordinator of the Leibniz Research Alliance, spoke about future oriented research on sustainable milk production and insects as an alternative protein source.
