1st January 2013: The Inter Baltic Biogas Arena (IBBA) is a non commercial email based information exchange service for increased cooperation of Swedish and German biogas protagonists - open for everybody without membership, administration, fees. 

The IBBA platform offers participating institutions and companies the possibility to distribute non-commercial information of mutual interest for Sweden and Germany: Such as requests for technology that is missing for a specific project, methods for a specific task, or partners for an envisaged national or international project. 

The platform is the result of a start-up meeting of leading biogas researchers and companies from Sweden and Germany in October 2012 in Güstrow and Rostock, Germany. Their conclusion was that a stronger exchange of experiences and research results will increase collaboration in research and industrial networks.
