ATB participates in the audit since 2010 and has passed the procedure succussfully for the second time.
For its more than 250 employees, the institute holds a wide range of offers to balance career and family. These include regulations on flexible working times and locations, a parent-child room or support in organizing childcare for special care situations. More and more the reconciliation of work and care is coming to the fore. An agreement on sliding working time provides all employees comprehensive ways to better meet the special requirements of the care of relatives. Maternity or parental leaves as well as leaves for care are negotiated individually, representations installed in a way that training and transfer of duties are facilitated.
In the past twelve months 322 enterprises, institutions and universities have passed the audit workand family successfully.
