Equality targets
The main need for action at ATB with regard to gender equality in the coming years is to continue to increase respectively consolidate the proportion of women among the scientific staff.
Personnel development planning provides targeted support for the careers and leadership skills of eligible female scientists.
The use of individual agreements has proven to be particularly successful for female scientists. ATB participates in the mentoring program of the Leibniz Association.
For the implementation of the cascade model, the target quotas named below are agreed upon. Supporting measures for their achievement are anchored in the equality plan.
