Summary
The aim of this project is to combine the principles of MA (modified atmosphere based on produce respiration) and CA (controlled atmosphere based on external means) and develop a cost-efficient modular intelligent sensor system for storage of fresh produce. Such system will be capable of converting a regular cold storage room into a comprehensive mini CA container facility.
