- Management and strategic development of the infrastructure unit "Central IT and Research Data Management" with currently 7 full-time employees
- Organization of IT operations with regard to stability, availability and security
- Consultation, collaboration, management and control in the further development of IT systems and projects in research, administration and infrastructure units for harmonization and digitization
- Responsibility for support as well as preventive and active fault, emergency and security management
- Development of standards for the IT system landscape and IT infrastructure of the ATB as well as selection and management of IT service providers
- Responsibility for research data management at ATB
- Evaluation and implementation of outsourcing projects
- Hardware and software planning, technical preparation of procurements and supplier management for IT services
- Responsibility for departmental cost reports and forecasts
